I Finally Learned How to Find Internationals Jobs
When I came to Lynze I was looking to take my career internationally after working for 10 years in New York City.
I was frustrated and felt stuck as I was applying to jobs abroad but unable to get any traction or responses after 5 months of searching.
Not sure where to turn as I didn’t know anyone who has made the leap to live and work abroad from the US, I discovered Lynze and the Your Global Career program.
I decided to work with Lynze because everything I was trying wasn’t working, and I didn’t know what I should be doing differently. I also am in a position in my life and career search where I figured if not now, WHEN am I going to make this happen?
Our work focused on gaining confidence in my transferable cross-cultural skills and how to better pitch myself in the international marketplace, an understanding of an international resume, how to be more strategic in my job search, and more networking to expand my personal circle of people to help me in my journey.
What was most impactful for me was learning how to adjust my search from a domestic approach to an international approach!
Lynze gave me the tools and adjustment to my strategy to help reach my international career goals.
