Before the program I had no idea how to leverage my skills in order to make a career transition; I simply did not even know it was possible. 

I was desperately trying to think of ways of returning to Spain, but I also knew that I could not return the same way I left which was in a dead-end career. 

As of now, I have a lot more work to do but my mindset is much much more positive. I know it is possible to live my global career dream.

I didn’t spend much time looking for jobs on my own since I didn’t even know what kind of roles were available to me.

I turned to Your Global Career first. I saw an ad on Facebook, and it obviously got my attention. Speaking with Jenna of She Works abroad sealed the deal especially since we are in similar industries.

I’ve lived abroad before, and I know it’s where I am destined to be. I have a longer timeline of when I want to leave so I really wanted to begin the foundational work to get me to my goal of returning to Spain in the Summer of 2021.

I am celebrating getting out of my comfort zone and believing in my dream. 

I have also learned so much more about the corporate jobs available in education and possible roles I can have.

I learned that I am resilient and go after my dreams. 

In many parts of this program, I had to start from the ground up. But completing tasks such as an international resume opened my eyes to all of the skills I have and what I have to offer an international company.
