Finally I Am On the Right Path with the Right Strategy
Hi, I’m Andrea. Before Your Global Career, I was applying to international positions on and off for a few years. I never heard anything back – EVER.
Needless to say, I had no idea what I needed to do differently in order to make any progress. I couldn’t seem to get my foot in the door anywhere, and I was lost.
I’d pretty much given up thinking that I didn’t have the right network to ever make this happen.
But Facebook suggested the Global Professionals Group, and I started following along.
After a few months of seeing posts addressing many of the issues I was having, I decided to schedule a meeting.
I learned the strategy but also learned how to have a positive outlook during this process
I know the correct process to find an international position.
Lynze and I spoke and after reviewing what I really wanted for my future – to go abroad – I knew it was now or never!
Today I feel like I am on the right path and know the correct process to find an international position.
I am also celebrating a new level of confidence; I know that I will find a position, and one that is the best fit for me!
That’s been the biggest takeaway for me from the program. I learned the strategy but also learned how to have a positive outlook during this process.
I have come to rely on our weekly meetings as a reminder and affirmation of my mindset.
If you’re on the fence about doing the program, I would sit down and really think about what you want in life.
If you really want to move internationally, this is the way to do it!
