In the beginning, I was feeling confused and directionless about starting my international career journey. I didn’t know where and how to start. 

I tried a year ago but ended up taking a job not relevant to my dreams, just to make ends meet. However, about 9 months into the job, my feelings about moving to Italy were still there. 

The level of dissatisfaction with my job kept growing which the COVID-19 pandemic really brought to light. And I knew that the life that I have visioned in my mind was not in the US. 

At first, I attended some workshops, but I knew that if I was serious, I needed more professional guidance. I need a major transformation in my life.

I found Your Global Career via Facebook and after speaking with Lynze, I found it was time to pursue my dreams and live the life that I want. 

Ultimately, I deserve to be happy and nothing will happen if I sit and wait. I MUST make it happen by going after it. 

After completing Your Global Career I now have a credentialed foundation including: 

• A well-polished resume catered to an international career. 
• An updated LinkedIn profile with all the bells and whistles. I added about 200 connections within the past 30 days.
• Strategy to reach out and make relevant international connections.

Even more so, my mindset around finding and getting a job has changed tremendously. 

I used to be in a passenger seat waiting for a job to land on my lap. Now I’m a driver seeking out opportunities to support my career objective of getting an international job position in Italy.

My conviction is very strong and committed to my dreams. 

I don’t let people’s fear and doubt deter me from achieving what I know to be right and true. I feel I have turned a corner because of this program. I used to listen to people’s “advice/opinions” and let them influence my decisions. 

If you eagerly want to be abroad, just do the program! It’s worth every penny. 

Time is so valuable. You don’t want to waste precious time by trying to figure it out on your own. All the things I’ve learned, there was no way I would have figured it out in 2 months. 

Money is makeable. You can’t turn back time. 

To me, it’s been more than just a career shift, it’s a lifestyle transformation.
