Before the Program I was determined to make a global career happen, but felt like I was solving a puzzle in the dark… without all the pieces. I was scattered and overwhelmed and not quite sure where to put my focus. 

I was also struggling with feeling out of place and different in my life when it felt like no one surrounding me had such big dreams. 

I’ve been looking idly, but not applying for a couple years, and working on career goals, visualizations, and accomplishments so far for a couple months. My window didn’t really open until a couple months before I joined The Program.

While I felt like I could figure out how to solve that puzzle in the dark eventually…. I really wanted the support and help of someone who had been through the process. 

I’ve been following Lynze for 2 or 3 years and knew she was the one to help me make it happen. 

After going through The Program, I feel much more focused and together, and I feel so much more sure that I can find a job with a culture I enjoy, a position that challenges me, AND a city that inspires me. 

I’ve acknowledged one of my biggest fears (whether it’s humane to move a senior dog across the world) and taken action steps to get help assessing the risk. I’m in contact with a promising lead in Munich, and have a more focused list of industries I also want to learn more about.

I feel like one of the biggest steps was just asking for help.

It’s not a weakness to want and need mentorship and guidance. It also helped my confidence so much to have my career accomplishments so far validated.
