Before Your Global Career, I was still considering the dream of moving abroad, but unsure of how to make it happen. I have tried previously, with no results. I would get to dead ends or motivation would ebb and flow. But it had been on my mind for 6 years. 

The biggest problems I faced were a lack of clarity in my career desires and how to get the attention of employers in Europe. I was feeling extremely grateful for my successes, but I knew there was something somewhere else that would let me be GREAT instead of GOOD.

I learned about Lynze through a friend who had successfully moved to Italy. This was a data point that made it easy. 

I decided to jump in because I wanted a strategy and skin in the game. I could invest in myself and had nothing to lose.

Today, I feel confident in my ability to sell myself for an international career. 

Through cataloging my career and bringing my CV and LinkedIn up to date, along with strategic know-how about value-add applications, I feel more empowered than ever that I can make this happen. 

I believe in myself more and have developed self-confidence. I am skilled, experienced, and a hard worker. That cannot be taken away from me. 

Two main takeaways for me were:

• Being able to create a new version of my CV gave me context during my search that allows me to reach for positions with more potential. 
• Gaining deeper insight into where I wanted my career to go was very impactful.
